At Wholistic Wellness we look at the “whole” picture – to have a better understanding of you as a “whole” person, to find the best method to help you with nutrition, stress management and functional exercises. By focusing on the “whole” person we balance the mind, body, heart and soul.
I have been a client of myself. I learned to eat the food that nourishes my body. Learned how to manage and handle every day challenges and stress. Learned how to take care of my soul by meditating.
I came to a point where I want to help others as I know from experience it was a huge help for me to be able to talk to someone and to have some guidance and directions. Turning to a professionals can be very healing on all levels.
A great teacher once said “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” My goal is that you leave a session empowered and feel supported to change your life for the better.
I offer life coaching on various levels. I provide instruction and consultation in Nutrition, Meditation, Stress management and so much more.
Customized for each individual, the coaching can be a full lifestyle coaching or a simple and short consultation on Nutrition. Either way I will be honoured to share and assist you in your wonderful life changing journey.

What is a C.H.E.K Lifestyle Coach (HLC)?
CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coaches specialize in wellness, stress management and lifestyle coaching. They have completed one or more levels of the CHEK HLC program, including all the required prerequisites for that level. CHEK HLCs come from a highly varied background. A C.H.E.K. Holistic & Lifestyle Coach (HLC) will help identify your individual needs and teach you how to address issues that may be preventing you from looking and feeling your best.
We are unique individuals and because of that we respond to foods, stress and exercise differently.
The HLC will identify common problems that, if not quickly identified, can become roadblocks, such as poor nutrition, stress, hormonal imbalance and gastrointestinal disorders. For example, undetected food allergies can make all your efforts to flatten your abs come to a screeching halt.
What does a Holistic Lifestyle Coach do?

An HLC will help you learn how disease and stress are preventable through healthy eating habits, lifestyle management and appropriate types of exercise. S/he will help you to understand why every meal, every exercise and every late night has a hormonal consequence. The tools that they are using will allow then to determine your willingness to change and will use questionnaires to assess your condition.
This program exceeds anything you will experience in any other “wellness program”.

Your success will be rooted in the type of foods you eat, things you drink, hours you sleep, and thoughts you think. We will address the root cause of your health challenges without burdening your body with pharmaceutical drugs that only mask symptoms.
You’ll learn how to remove and identify stressors that may be destructing to your health and then you will replace them with substitutes that nurture you. You will also learn how sleep, stress, thoughts, exercise, hydration and nutrition all work together to optimize your energy.
